Below are the best locations for a trip from September 17th to September 23rd. We’ve taken into account rain, temperature, travel advisories for safety, and number of tourists in the area. In mid to late September each of these places are the perfect balance between temperate weather and smaller crowds, which also translates into better deals for tourists.
Because we’ve located areas and times where there is a greater chance for hotels/flights to be under capacity and weather is likely to be temperate and dry, the best time to book these 10 trips is usually within 1-4 weeks before travel.
1. Rome, Italy
Rome has perfect weather from September 17th to September 23rd. The weather is somewhat nice in the weeks before and ideal in the weeks after. Tourism in the area is somewhat slow during this time. Choosing Rome this week is a great choice for anyone looking for nice weather and lower prices.

3. Berlin, Germany
Due to the average number of tourists, a trip to Berlin in mid to late September tends to be neither the least nor the most expensive, but the weather couldn’t be better. This period of ideal weather comes after a long stretch of similarly-wonderful weather. If booking a longer trip, you’ll want to know that the weather will be slightly less enjoyable towards the end of 30 days. Note that it can get busy here in other seasons.

4. Myrtle Beach, SC, US
As with every place on this list, temperatures in Myrtle Beach feel excellent, rain is infrequent, and there are no travel advisories at the moment. Tourists looking for hotels and flights are uncommon during this time, so prices may be lower. The many hotels here can fill up, but probably won’t during this period. We wouldn’t recommend visiting earlier than this, and the weeks following have weather that is as good as mid to late September.

Because Charlotte can get busy, this is an excellent time to avoid crowds. With far fewer travelers booking during this time compared to the busiest months, hotels and airlines will probably offer some incentives to stay during this period. This is a good time to visit, but the prior weeks have worse weather. If you’re planning to stay for more than a week, you can expect the weather to be almost as nice.
