The weather in Rome is excellent during this week with nice temperatures and low chances of rain. The month before is equally nice and the month after is slightly less temperate. Crowds are above average in size. Go here in late May if you want absolutely perfect weather and don’t mind moderately-sized crowds.

3. Seville, Spain
Due to the lower number of tourists, a trip to Seville in late May tends to be much less expensive, and the weather couldn’t be better. This period of ideal weather comes after some similarly enjoyable weather. If booking a longer trip, you’ll want to know that the weather will be slightly less enjoyable towards the end of 30 days. Tourists looking for hotels and flights are very uncommon during this time, so prices may be at their lowest. Because it’s a little less common of a destination, massive crowds aren’t likely. With far fewer travelers booking during this time compared to the busiest months, hotels and airlines will probably offer some incentives to stay during this period.
