2. Hengchun, Taiwan
The weather in Hengchun is excellent during this week with nice temperatures and low chances of rain. The month before is equally nice and the month after is not as temperate. Due to the lower number of tourists, a trip to Plano in early to mid March tends to be much less expensive, and the weather couldn’t be better. Tourists looking for hotels and flights are uncommon during this time, so prices may be lower. Because it’s a little less common of a destination, massive crowds aren’t likely.
