Average temperatures in Guam vary barely at all. Considering humidity, temperatures feel hot all year with a chance of rain throughout most of the year. The area is far less temperate than some — in the bottom 1 percentile for pleasant weather — compared to tourist destinations worldwide. Weeks with ideal weather are listed above. Humidity and Wind
Guam has some extremely humid months, and high humidity throughout the year. The least humid month is March (71.1% relative humidity), and the most humid month is September (82.3%).
Wind in Guam is usually moderate. The windiest month is March, followed by January and February. March’s average wind speed of around 11.6 knots (13.3 MPH or 21.4 KPH) is considered “a moderate breeze.” Maximum sustained winds (the highest speed for the day lasting more than a few moments) are at their highest in early to mid January where average top sustained speeds reach 19 knots, which is considered a fresh breeze.

Humidity and temperatures combine to make this season feel warm. Highs range from 87.6°F (30.9°C) and 84.5°F (29.2°C) with warmer temperatures in the later months. Rain is somewhat common with 8 to 10 days of significant precipitation per month. Spring is fairly slow for tourism, which makes it a good time for those looking for deals.
Summer (June through August)
The middle-year months have very comfortable weather with high temperatures that are quite warm. These months see moderate precipitation with 11 to 18 days of precipitation per month. June – August is the busiest season for tourism in Guam, so lodging and other accommodations may cost more than usual.
Fall (September through November)
Fall daily highs range from 86.9°F (30.5°C) and 85.5°F (29.7°C), which will feel very nice given the humidity and wind. It rains or snows a great amount: 13 to 19 days per month. Tourism is the slowest during these months due to the weather, so hotels may be affordably priced.
Winter (December through February)
Weather is perfect this time of year in Guam to be enjoyable for warm weather travelers. The average high during this season is between 86.1°F (30.1°C) and 84.2°F (29°C). On average, it rains or snows a great amount: 7 to 12 times per month. These times of year are the second busiest with tourists.
