Average temperatures in Venezuela vary barely at all and are too warm to be considered temperate for most. The area is in the bottom 2 percent of tourist destinations for pleasant weather. Wind in Venezuela is usually moderate. The windiest month is March, followed by February and June. Spring (March through May)
Humidity and temperatures combine to make this season feel warm. Highs range from 91°F (32.8°C) and 89.3°F (31.8°C) with warmer temperatures in the later months. Rain is somewhat common with 3 to 6 days of precipitation per month. Spring is the busiest for tourism, which makes it a good time for those looking for things to do.
Summer (June through August)
The middle-year months have very comfortable weather with high temperatures that are quite warm. These months see moderate precipitation with 8 to 10 days of precipitation per month. June – August is the slowest season for tourism in Venezuela, so lodging and other accommodations may cost less than usual.
Fall (September through November)
Fall daily highs range from 90.9°F (32.7°C) and 88.8°F (31.6°C), which will feel very nice given the humidity and wind. It rains or snows a fair amount: 6 to 8 days per month. Tourism is fairly slow during these months due to the weather, so hotels may be affordably priced.
Winter (December through February)
