    Average temperatures in the Ivory Coast vary barely at all and are too warm to be considered temperate for most. The area is in the bottom 1 percent of tourist destinations for pleasant weather. Weeks with ideal weather are listed above. If you’re looking for the very warmest time to visit the Ivory Coast, the hottest months are March, April, and then February.     If dry weather is what you’re after, the months with the lowest chance of precipitation in the Ivory Coast are June, October, and then September.     Humidity and Wind

    the Ivory Coast has slightly high to average humidity compared to most tourist destinations. The least humid month is January (55.5% relative humidity), and the most humid month is August (81.4%).

    Wind in the Ivory Coast is usually moderate. The windiest month is August, followed by July and April. August’s average wind speed of around 3.3 knots (3.8 MPH or 6.1 KPH) is considered “light air.” Maximum sustained winds (the highest speed for the day lasting more than a few moments) are at their highest in mid-February where average top sustained speeds reach 9.4 knots, which is considered a gentle breeze.

    Spring (March through May)

    Humidity and temperatures combine to make this season feel warm. Highs range from 93.3°F (34.1°C) and 88.8°F (31.6°C) with colder temperatures in the later months. Rain is somewhat common with 7 to 12 days of precipitation per month. Spring is slow/unreported for tourism, which makes it a good time for those looking for deals.

    Summer (June through August)

    The middle-year months have very comfortable weather with high temperatures that are quite warm. These months see moderate precipitation with 11 to 15 days of precipitation per month. June – August is slow/unreported season for tourism in the Ivory Coast, so lodging and other accommodations may cost as much as usual.

    Fall (September through November)

    Fall daily highs range from 90.6°F (32.6°C) and 85.5°F (29.7°C), which will feel very nice given the humidity and wind. It rains or snows a great amount: 9 to 15 days per month. Tourism is slow/unreported during these months due to the weather, so hotels may be normally priced.

    Winter (December through February)

    Weather is perfect this time of year in the Ivory Coast to be enjoyable for warm weather travelers. The average high during this season is between 93.9°F (34.4°C) and 89.3°F (31.8°C).
