    Wind in Buenos Aires is usually moderate. The windiest month is November, followed by September and October.     The middle-year months have cold weather with high temperatures that are comfortable. June – August is the slowest season for tourism in Buenos Aires, so lodging and other accommodations may cost less than usual.

    Spring (September through November)
